Description
Two federal officers were stranded in a Woodburn parking lot earlier this month after they left the key fob in the trunk of their unmarked Ford Explorer and were locked out. A crowd formed around the agents, who were believed to be with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, although only one of them displayed an ICE badge.
