Testimony Friday revealed ICE agents randomly ran license plates of cars parked in lots of Walmarts and a McDonald's Restaurant in Medford this summer, looking to detain people for deportation.

Immigration lawyers Friday urged a judge to enforce his order barring warrantless immigration arrests in Oregon, arguing that federal agents have continued an illegal “dragnet,” targeting Latinos going about their daily lives and arresting them before officers even know who they are.
