The beleaguered U.S. Postal Service will start charging its customers 8% more to mail packages through Priority Mail and other classifications, if it receives final approval of its planned rate hike in the next few weeks.

To qualify as a lateral applicant, you must be a state of Oregon certified dispatcher through DPSST.
