Description

Families came to watch the annual tree lighting in downtown Woodburn on Saturday, December 6. The tree did not end up getting lit up due to electrical problems after heavy rain that day.

The heavy rain that pelted Woodburn slowly began to dissipate as a few dozen people huddled in the city’s downtown plaza Dec. 6 for its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
