An Indiana homeowner has been charged with reckless homicide months after prosecutors said he fatally shot an unarmed man who was allegedly attempting to enter vehicles and a residence in a Fort Wayne neighborhood during the early morning hours of May 7. Investigators allege the shooting happened after the homeowner left his house and confronted the man outside, NewsNation reported.
