Description

An influencer has been charged after being stabbed at a Tim Hortons restaurant during an attempted child predator sting in Upstate New York.

WGRZ reports Nicholas Attalla, 34, of Erie, Pennsylvania, was arrested Friday on charges of third-degree assault, criminal nuisance and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of instigating a fight inside the coffee chain’s location in Jamestown, N.Y., with two other men in December 2025.
