A banana croffle from SnowMoon K-Pop Cafe is made with croissant dough, whipped cream, fresh banana and chocolate syrup.A black sesame latte made with black sesame powder, honey and milk is a popular Korean beverage.SnowMoon K-Pop Cafe doubles as a dance studio with monthly free K-pop dance lessons for kids between 5-10 years old.Local artist Terry Blas' work on display at Snowmoon,K-pop memorabilia decorates the space including a collage wall depicting stickers, posters and photo cards of K-pop idols.An interactive K-pop collage wall in the space highlights popular K-pop bands including Blackpink, Seventeen, BTS and HUNTR/X from KPop Demon Hunters.Oreo bingsu from SnowMoon K-Pop Cafe is made with a milk base shave ice, Oreo, chocolate drizzle, Oreo crumble and whip cream.

If Portland had a Koreatown, a strong contender would be the Beaverton area, and more specifically, the plaza that houses SnowMoon K-Pop Cafe, a recently opened dessert and specialty drink shop that leans fully into K-pop fandom and Korean street food trends.
