The University of Iowa softball team lost to No. 18 Oregon, 10-1 in six innings, on Friday evening at Jane Sanders Stadium in Eugene. The Ducks struck first with three runs in the first inning, but the Hawkeyes answered with one run in the third. Oregon then expanded its lead in the fourth and sixth innings to secure the victory.
