On Tuesday, October 6, our cadets hosted cadets from Yamhill County, Clackamas County, Beaverton Police, and Gladstone Police for an evening with FBI Supervisory Special Agent Laura Monti. She talked about her career with the FBI and the work of the Behavioral Analysis Unit. A recruiter and a community outreach specialist from the local FBI office joined her to cover how the Bureau builds trust in the communities it serves, current hiring requirements, how to prepare, and the FBI’s Teen Academy.
