JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ore. (KTVZ) - A fast-moving wildfire broke out Sunday evening near Milepost 76 on Highway 97, near Madras, tearing through grass, brush, timber, and leftover logging debris. The Cram Fire was first reported by the National Interagency Fire Center at 5:32 p.m. on July 13. The fire is estimated to be 1200 acres.
