JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Happening next, Lake Billy Chinook is about to get very busy. The Oregon State Marine Board will conduct its annual marine law enforcement training on Lake Billy Chinook in Jefferson County between April 27th and May 8th. According to the board, this intensive training is designed for new or seasonal marine law
