Description

This fenced lot on Molalla Avenue, across from Safeway in Oregon City, is part of the site that a developer wants to turn into apartments, retail and a fast-food restaurant.

A Texas-based developer’s plans to bring retail, apartments and a Chick-fil-A to Oregon City are in jeopardy after the city determined — a year into the planning process — that a portion of the site sitting within a landslide hazard zone must remain largely undisturbed.
