Late night drivers will be detoured onto I-405 between the Marquam and Fremont bridges late Thursday and early Friday. Oregonian file photo.

Utility work on power lines that cross Interstate 5 will close the freeway 11 p.m. Thursday through 4 a.m. Friday, June 12-13 in the downtown Portland area.
