Clackamas County Commissioner Melissa Fireside. Shannon Kmetic, Fireside’s lawyer, has emailed Clackamas County commissioners, saying she is “increasingly concerned regarding Ben West’s statements, social media posts and interviews” about Fireside, who faces multiple felony theft allegations.

Clackamas County Commissioner Ben West has been so outspoken about former colleague Melissa Fireside and her theft case that she’s gone to court to demand that he stop.
