Legacy Health temporarily fell out of Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon’s network after the two sides failed to agree on reimbursement rates before their contract expired at the end of March. Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland is pictured on Monday, April 17, 2023.

Legacy Health and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon have finalized a new contract that restores in-network access for thousands of patients after weeks of uncertainty.
