(KTVZ) — The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for much of Central Oregon and parts of Washington, with dangerously high temperatures expected to reach up to 100 degrees. The warning is in effect from noon Sunday through 10 p.m. Tuesday. The affected areas include: Central Oregon, the John Day
