This free program provides community members with opportunities to learn about everyday operations and the many programs within the Sheriff's Office. Join us for 11-weeks of interactive presentations, tours, and hands-on activities designed to give you an intimate look at the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. Classes will be held in Newport from 6pm - 8pm on Tuesdays from September 9, 2025 through November 18, 2025. Members that complete our Citizen Academy are also welcome to apply for our Community Advisory Group.
