Description

A man accused of stabbing and killing another man in east Portland’s Hazlewood neighborhood earlier this month was arraigned Wednesday.

Kenneth Alan Lacey, 37, pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree murder and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, court records state.
