Portland's FBI released this screen capture of Customs and Border Patrol video surveillance near the ICE building from Sat. night, Sept. 27. A laser was aimed at a Customs and Border Protection agency helicopter, and two Portland police planes in the area Sat. night, Sept. 27, the FBI said.

A 35-year-old man appeared in federal court Friday afternoon, accused of shining a laser at government helicopters and planes circling the Portland ICE building.
