Description

A man with a knife threw rocks at children who were on a daycare outing, then chased them back to the daycare and tried to break into the building, police allege.

Ezekiel Montrele Espinoza Jr., 30, is charged with attempted first- and- third-degree assault, attempted second-degree burglary, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon, court records show.
