Description
Police found a man on the ground with what appeared to be a gunshot wound in Southeast Portland early Tuesday morning.
The officers spotted the man at Southeast 122nd Avenue and Pine Street at 4:07 a.m., according to the Portland Police Bureau. Paramedics arrived and tried to aid the man but ultimately pronounced him dead.
