Portland police arrested a 19-year-old on Sunday after he allegedly posed as a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent to coerce a 7-Eleven clerk to hand over cash, according to court records.
Mason Thomas Clark, of Portland, reportedly walked into the 7-Eleven at 9111 SE Division St., approached the register and identified himself as an ICE agent, prosecutors allege in the probable cause affidavit in his arrest.
