Description
The man shot in a drive-by shooting in Gresham earlier this month has died and a third teenager has been arrested in connection with the shooting, police said.
Jeffrey Daniel was shot in the 3500 block of Southeast Richey Road around 4 a.m. on May 13, but when police arrived at the scene that morning, the shooter or shooters — and the victim — were gone, the Gresham Police Department said in a statement.
