People who visited Randall Children's Primary Care Clinic, Randall Children's Hospital, or Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center during specific times should watch for symptoms for 21 days and consider vaccination if not immune.

People who recently visited three Legacy Health facilities in the Portland area may have been exposed to measles, Oregon health officials warned Tuesday.
