Media Release December 31, 2025 Winter Storms Damage Estimates Requested Lincoln County is requesting the public’s help to assess damage in the county from the December Winter Storm. We are looking for individual property owners and businesses who sustained storm damage from wind, flooding or slides this month. Oregon Office of Emergency Management has set up a Survey 123 link to assist with collecting damage data. This data will help determine the scale and scope of the impacts. This information is critical in determining what resources the state has available to assist and/or determine if the state has met the criteria to request Individual Assistance (homes and businesses) and/or Public Assistance (public infrastructure).
