Description
Edward Gichuki Kimani bought a handgun, donned gloves and a mask that covered his entire head, and attached fake paper license plates to his car before arriving at the Northgate Transit Center minutes before his intended target — a fellow student at nearby Pima Medical Institute — according to King County prosecutors.
Kimani, 28, of Seattle, was charged Monday with premeditated first-degree murder, accused of shooting Juwan Marche Williams in the back of the head one week earlier during the height of the morning commute.
