The Coos Bay Police Department is excited to introduce our exceptional Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) instructors, Senior Officer Jordan Moeller and Officer Theran Coleman. Both instructors bring extensive experience and dedication to our department, ensuring our officers receive the highest quality training in emergency vehicle operations.  
   
Senior Officer Moeller began his law enforcement career with the CBPD as a reserve police officer in 2013. His commitment and exemplary performance led to his hiring as a full-time officer in 2016. With over a decade of experience in law enforcement, Sr. Officer Moeller's expertise in EVOC training is invaluable to our department. His dedication to safety and excellence ensures that our officers are well-prepared for any situation on the road.  
   
Officer Coleman has nearly 14 years of law enforcement experience. He started his career with the Josephine County Sheriff's Office in 2011 as a reserve deputy before transitioning to a full-time deputy. In 2022, Officer Coleman joined the CBPD, bringing his extensive knowledge and skills to our team. His experience and commitment to high standards in EVOC training make him a vital asset to our department.  
   
Together, Sr. Officer Moeller and Officer Coleman are dedicated to enhancing the safety and effectiveness of our officers through comprehensive and practical EVOC training. Their combined experience and specialized training equip our officers with the skills they need to navigate emergency situations safely and efficiently.
