Mental health crisis lines in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties went down Sunday after an IT issue rendered them inoperable, county officials say.
The technical issue started around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Multnomah County spokesperson Sarah Dean said in a statement. As of Sunday afternoon, the county hadn’t released an expected return to service, and it’s unclear what caused the problem.
