A Michigan woman who left the scene after a crash that killed a 76-year-old great-grandmother has been sentenced to probation and weekend jail time, according to reports. The case has drawn attention because of the unusual punishment and the heartbreaking circumstances surrounding the victim’s death, The Detroit News said.
