A house in Portland that sold for $940,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Milwaukie between April 8 and April 21.

In total, 15 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $549,944. The average price per square foot was $315.
