The 41-year-old man whom police identified as the driver of a Kia minivan, left, that rammed into a motorcyclist, right, is now accused of violating his pre-trial release agreement by removing his ankle monitor.

The 41-year-old man accused of ramming his minivan into a motorcyclist and driving off on U.S. 26 last month is now accused of violating his pre-trial release agreement by removing his GPS ankle monitor.
