Red Berry Barn, which is just outside Sherwood, is facing a $2.2 million lawsuit over an allegedly slippery and dangerous slope next to a zip line.

An Oregon mom has filed a $2.2 million lawsuit against the Red Berry Barn in Sherwood, saying she slipped on a muddy slope at the pumpkin patch’s annual harvest festival — suffering multiple fractures in her leg and ankle.
