Description

The River District Navigation Center in Northwest Portland will close the coming months due to budget cuts at the city and county level. The 90 assigned beds at the shelter, like those seen here, will be eliminated.

A multiyear push to increase Portland’s homeless shelter capacity seems to have come to an end.
