A plan to open a sobering center was presented to the Multnomah County board on Thurs., April 18, 2024.

A day after Commissioner Julia Brim-Edwards presented a proposal for a sobering center to the Multnomah County board, she said she’s disappointed that County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson hasn’t pressed to move it forward.
