A Multnomah County Sheriff's Deputy fired a Taser at a man accused of charging at officers on Tuesday. Deputies allege the man then bit one of them.

A Multnomah County Sheriff’s deputy on Tuesday fired a Taser at a man who is accused of rushing at officers while they were trying to arrest him. Afterward, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said, 28-year-old Mackenzie Parrish-Civil bit a deputy on the hand twice.
