Pooh Bear, a 1.5 year-old pup, is among the dogs up for adoption at Multnomah County's animal shelter in Troutdale. He was found wandering on his own and is looking for a new family, the county says.

For the rest of September, prospective new pet owners can adopt a dog from Multnomah County for just $25.
