Description

A federal jury in Portland listened to recordings of the two songs and then heard a music professor play the key 12 measures of each song on piano as he testified by video from New York on Monday.

Two composers are dueling in court in a copyright infringement case this week in Portland over 12 bars of 26 notes in two Catholic hymns.
