Robert D. Hatley was armed and naked when he was arrested in Northeast Portland on Nov. 5, 2025.

An armed and naked man who fired a handgun in November, alarming a crowd of fans leaving a Portland Trail Blazers game, was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
