At SOWIB, our apprenticeship programs combine paid on-the-job training, education, and mentorship to create clear pathways into high-demand careers.

👶 Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program - Earn while you learn through classroom instruction and 2,500 hours of hands-on experience

🩺 Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program - A 12-month pathway combining clinical training, online instruction, and a nationally recognized credential

🏥 Surgical Technologist Apprenticeship Program - Training alongside surgical teams to support safe, high-quality patient care
