JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ore. (KTVZ) -- A Scio man died Sunday following a two-vehicle crash involving his motorcycle on Highway 20 in Jefferson County. Kevin Allen Cloud, 65, died shortly after being transported to an area hospital. The preliminary investigation by Oregon State Police indicated that Cloud, attempted to pass westbound traffic.
