Description
A New Jersey man was intoxicated when his two grandkids fell off his boat and died last month after it slammed into a wood channel marker.
NJ.com reports Stephen Schneider, 64, has been charged with two counts of reckless vessel homicide in the deaths of 9-year-old Mya Bella Golabek and 7-year-old Sigmund Paul Golabek.
