Description

Serina Fast Horse, of Sicangu Lakota & Blackfeet Tribes, left, serves as the co-director of the Northwest Environmental Justice Center, which provides grant application assistance and advising to Indigenous communities in the Northwest. She says there are serious concerns among Northwest tribes about federal funding cuts.
