Description

Vancouver officials have identified the 16-year-old killed in a parking lot shooting Monday as local teen Hector Edwin Soto Martinez.

Martinez died from a gunshot wound to the torso, the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office said. The office classified it as a homicide.
