Ohioans are finding an unexpected way to celebrate the life and legacy of country music icon Dolly Parton following her death, fueling a sharp increase in purchases of Ohio’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library specialty license plate. Data from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, republished by AOL, shows demand for the plate surged in the days after Parton’s Aug. 25 death.
