The oligarch with close ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin who paid hundreds of thousands of dollars toward Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding expenses clearly had an ulterior motive behind the lavish gift, according to former Obama administration official and “Pod Save America” co-host Tommy Vietor.
