Voters’ pamphlets at the Multnomah County Elections Office on Oct. 24, 2024. A federal judge this week ruled that Oregon Secretary of State Tobias Read can continue preparing the Voters’ Pamphlet for the May election without including 52 arguments regarding a controversial tax measure.
