A Pacific Office Automation fleet vehicle. The Beaverton company filed a counterclaim against its longtime CEO, Doug Pitassi last week, the latest development in a bitter dispute that followed Pitassi’s firing late in 2024.

Pacific Office Automation wants its former CEO to pay the company nearly $54 million, alleging he misled colleagues about his conduct and “cultivated a false narrative” about his criminal history and leadership abilities.
