Description
EUGENE — Oregon defensive back Daylen Austin is requesting his upcoming felony trial for alleged hit and run be delayed pending a ruling from the state Supreme Court.
Austin’s attorney, Bryan Boender, filed a motion to delay the criminal trial scheduled for Aug. 14 in Lane County Circuit Court pending a petition to the Oregon Supreme Court.
