Wilsonville's Mark Wiepert (1) runs with the ball during the OSAA Class 5A football state championship game against Mountain View on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, at Hillsboro Stadium. After redshirting with the Oregon Ducks football team in 2025, Wiepert joined the UO baseball team in May 2026.

Oregon quarterback Mark Wiepert joined the Ducks baseball team this week as a catcher.
