Mary Nolan, an elected Metro councilor, rarely misses a council meeting. Records show, however, it's not unusual for them to log into them remotely. At least some of that time they have been in Spain

A poor choice of words at a recent Metro Council meeting has brought attention to another matter in the otherwise staid chambers.
